You can find us at Shop No- 23 in Duggan Village. We’re right near the OBC Bank, so it’s a central spot for anyone living in this part of Sangrur district. The store is packed with all sorts of bathroom fittings and sanitary items. We have sinks, taps, and pipes all leaning against the walls. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our customers are locals from the village or farmers from nearby. We’ve been running this shop for years, and it’s become a bit of a meeting spot for people to chat while they pick out what they need. We don't have a website or a big office. We just sit behind the wooden counter and wait for the bell to ring. The floors are concrete and can get a bit cold in the winter, so we keep a heater going. It’s a family-run business, and we take things one day at a time. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. If a tap works, we tell them it works. If we think a pipe is too thin, we say that too. It’s just about being straight with people. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Duggan. We’re just a regular shop trying to help out the neighbors. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if someone is in a fix with their plumbing.
