Vishal Fruit Processing

Our facility, Vishal Fruit Processing, is situated out in Islampur Village, which is part of Walwa Taluka. We are fairly close to the railway stations, which makes things a bit easier when we have to move stuff around. This isn't a high-tech factory with robots; it’s mostly just people working with their hands. We deal with a lot of fruit, as you can probably guess from the name. Depending on the season, the smell around here can be really sweet or a bit overwhelming. We spend our days washing, cutting, and processing whatever is in harvest. It is hard work and the hours can be long, especially when the fruit arrives all at once and needs to be handled before it spoils. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back wearing aprons and staying busy. The village life is quiet compared to the big cities, and we prefer it that way. We know the local farmers and the people who live down the road. It’s a small-town operation through and through. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on the quality of what we produce to keep things going. It’s a lot of physical labor, but there is something satisfying about seeing the crates go out at the end of the day. That’s just life here in Islampur Village for us.
