We are based in Sangli, over in the Kumbharmala area. Our office is actually in a flat, Flat No-D in the Chandralok-D building, which is part of survey number 55/1B 2B 3B. It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you find the building, we are easy to spot. Sangli is a big hub for trading, especially for things like turmeric and grapes, so it made sense for us to start a trading company here. We focus on the agro side of things, buying and selling what the local farmers grow. It’s a lot of logistical work. We spend our time on the phone, checking prices, and making sure the trucks are going where they need to go. It’s not a fancy office; it’s just a place where we keep our computers and files. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. If something needs to be done, we just do it. The trading business can be quite stressful when the markets are moving fast, but we've got the experience to handle it. Being in Sangli is great because we are right in the middle of all the agricultural activity. We know the local traders and we know the farmers. It’s about building those long-term relationships without any of the big-city corporate fluff. Just straightforward trading and honest work that keeps us busy all year.
