Shri Venkatesh Industries

Shri Venkatesh Industries is located at Plot No.8 in Yashwant Ngr. It’s a straightforward industrial plot where we do most of our manufacturing work. When you come by, you’ll see the main gate is usually open and there’s probably a truck or two trying to navigate the narrow street. We’ve got a mix of older machines and some newer ones that we’ve picked up over the years. It’s not a huge setup, but it’s ours and we know every corner of it. The roof leaks a little bit when it rains really hard, but we’ve put some buckets out and it doesn’t stop the work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad, which is nice. We make various industrial parts, and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift. We try to sweep up every evening, but it’s a never-ending task. There’s a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledgers and the phone, but most of the action happens out on the floor. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are filled and the quality is okay. We like the neighborhood because everyone knows each other’s business and we help out when someone’s machine breaks down. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now.
