Rajveer Import Export

We are way out in Tambave Village. It’s in Walwa Taluka, part of the Sangli District. If you know where the Z. P. School Primary School is, we are right near there. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. Rajveer Import Export is run from here because this is where our roots are. We deal with moving goods in and out. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on trucks that are stuck somewhere on the highway. The office is simple, just some desks and a lot of registers. You can hear the kids playing at the school during their break time. It’s nice to be in a village setting. We don’t have to deal with city traffic, but the internet can be slow sometimes. My uncle helps with the accounts and I handle the logistics part. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. It started small and we just kept going. We know most people in the village. Sometimes they stop by just to chat or ask for some help with their own paperwork. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the cargo gets where it needs to go on time. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the world outside Sangli. The pace here is different and we like it that way. Most days we finish by sunset and walk home.
