A- One Plastic

We are right in the middle of the action at Peth Bhag Bhaji Mandai. If you know the market you know how busy it gets, especially in the early mornings when the vegetable sellers are all set up. A- One Plastic is our little spot in the middle of all that chaos. We deal with a lot of plastic items that people need for their daily shopping or for their homes. It’s loud and there’s always a lot of shouting and haggling going on right outside our door. We don’t have much space so we have to be very clever about how we stack our bags and containers. Usually we are sweating by ten in the morning because the market gets so crowded and the air doesn't move much. But there’s a good energy to the place that you don't find in a regular shop. We know the vegetable vendors and the people who come to do their weekly marketing. It’s a tough environment but it’s real. We spend our time serving customers and making sure we don't run out of the things people need most. There’s no time for fancy talk or anything polished when you’re working in the Bhaji Mandai. You just have to be quick and know your stock. It’s a simple business but it keeps us very busy from dawn until we finally close up and head home for the night. We've been here for years and the noise of the market has just become part of our daily life.
