Our setup is out in the MIDC area of Islampur, which is part of the Walwa taluka in Sangli. We are at Plot No E16 on Bahe Road. It’s a bit out of the way if you aren't looking for it, but the industrial area is where we need to be for the foods and beverages we handle. The sun gets pretty strong out here on the road, and the surroundings are mostly other factories and workshops. Inside our place, it’s all about the production and making sure the beverages are bottled or packed right. It’s a lot of mechanical work and keeping an eye on the temperature and the machines. We aren't some big global conglomerate despite the name; we are just a local team working hard in Sangli. The days are long, and we usually start early before the heat gets too bad. Most of our workers live nearby, so it feels like a community effort. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You walk in and you see the work happening right there. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which is just part of the routine. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just want to make sure the food and drinks we produce are good enough for people to enjoy. That’s what we do out here on Bahe Road every day.
