Pachore Classes

Our place, Pachore Classes, is in Vishrambag, Sangli. We are right near Bhagirathi Ceramics on the 100 Feet Road. It’s a good spot because it’s easy to describe to people who are looking for us for the first time. We’ve been in this building for several years now. It’s not a huge space, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the rooms we have. There are stacks of notebooks and old textbooks everywhere you look. We aren't the type of place that cares about having the newest gadgets or expensive carpets. We care more about whether the pens have ink and if the students are actually paying attention. The 100 Feet Road is always moving, but inside our walls, it’s usually focused and quiet, except for when we are explaining something. We have a small staff, and we all do a bit of everything, from sweeping the floor to teaching the main subjects. It’s a bit informal, but that’s how we like it. We know the parents well, and they often stop by just to chat for a minute when they drop their kids off. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just show up and do the teaching because it’s what we know how to do. It’s a simple life here in Vishrambag and we are glad to be a part of it.
