Nandre Agro Research Laboratories Private Limited is located at 7023/3 in Nadives, over in the Annabhau Sathe Nagar area of Miraj. We are a bit different because we focus on the laboratory and research side of farming. But don’t think we are some cold, corporate facility. We are a small local lab that helps farmers understand what is going on with their soil and their plants. The office is pretty basic, filled with samples and testing equipment. We spend our days looking at dirt and seeds to find out why things aren't growing like they should. It’s a lot of quiet work, but it’s important. We aren't out there selling things; we are just providing information that helps people grow better crops. We’ve been here in Miraj for a while now, and most people know where to find us. Sometimes the testing takes longer than we want because we are a small team, but we try to be as accurate as we can. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. People just come to us when they have a problem with their land. We use simple English and Marathi to explain what we find so that it actually makes sense to a regular farmer. It’s just us trying to use a bit of science to make things easier for the local growers.
