Krutishil Innovative Agro Privatelimited

Our office is over at Mantap, Laxmi Garden in Jath. If you look for Plot No.37 in Ward No.05, near Shivanbhav, you’ll find us easily enough. The company is Krutishil Innovative Agro Privatelimited, though the name sounds a bit more formal than we actually are. We are just a bunch of people trying to figure out better ways to handle the farming around here. Jath can be a tough place for agriculture when the water is low, so we spend a lot of time thinking about that. The office near Laxmi Garden is where we keep all our records and meet up to discuss the next steps for the planting season. It isn't a high-tech lab or anything, just a room with some desks and a lot of talk about dirt and plants. We try new things because the old ways don't always work like they used to, but we don't claim to have all the answers. Sometimes a new idea fails and we just go back to the drawing board. It’s a lot of trial and error. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is good for getting work done. We see the same faces every day and that’s how we like it. There is no corporate ladder here, just people who care about the land and making sure the crops actually grow. It is basic, hardworking stuff that keeps us coming back.
