We operate out of Vishrambaug at a place called Pushpak. Our address is 27 Saraswati Nagar, and we are located right behind the Tata Motors showroom. It’s a specialized kind of business because we run a cold storage facility. The building is quite large and mostly taken up by the big refrigerated rooms. It’s very cold inside, so we are always wearing jackets even when it’s boiling outside. We spend our time monitoring the temperature gauges and making sure everything is running right. If the power goes out or a machine fails, we have to act fast, so it’s a bit of a high-pressure job in that sense. The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet, which is a nice contrast to the humming of our cooling units. We have a small office at the entrance where we keep the logs and take in deliveries. There isn't much to see other than the loading docks and the machinery. We don't have a sales team or any brochures. People who need to keep their goods frozen or chilled know where to find us. We've been here for quite a while and have built a steady routine. It’s just a matter of keeping the equipment working and making sure the storage stays at the right temperature for the customers. It keeps us busy.
