Our business is located out in K Mahankal, which is in the Sangli district. It’s a place where farming and milk are just part of everyday life. Kavthye Agro And Milk Product is right in the middle of it all. We don't have a big office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. It’s mostly just a practical space where we can manage the milk collection and the agro side of things. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of our time talking to the local people and making sure the quality of the milk is where it should be. It’s a lot of responsibility because people depend on us. The pace of life in Sangli is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. We know almost everyone who walks past our door. Most of our day is spent outdoors or in the loading area rather than sitting behind a desk. We just focus on doing a good job and being fair with everyone we work with.
