Warna Livestock Farming Private Limited

Our farm is located in Nilewadi, at House Number 334. We are part of the Hatkangale Taluka here in the Kolhapur district. Most of the people around here are into farming, so we fit right in. We deal with livestock, mostly cattle, and we’ve been at it for quite some time now. Being in the 416113 area means we have good soil and decent water, which helps with the animals. It is a private limited company on paper, but on the ground, it’s just us working the land and taking care of the cows. The days start really early, usually before the sun is even up, because the animals don't wait for anyone. We have to make sure they are fed and the sheds are clean. It’s a lot of physical work and your clothes are always a bit dirty by the end of the day. We don't have a big office or anything like that. We usually meet people right out in the yard or near the gates of Nilewadi. Kolhapur is famous for its agriculture, and we are proud to be a small part of that tradition. We don't use any fancy sales pitches. We just show people the livestock and let them decide for themselves. Sometimes things are tough when the prices change, but we keep going. It’s a way of life for us more than just a business, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
