We are based out in Chiplun, which is a bit of a change from the big city life of Pune. Our office is in Rashmi Palace, over in the Markandi area. We are Cpn Citynet and we have been serving this part of Ratnagiri for a while now. The office is right in the Chital area, which is easy enough for local folks to find. We do not have a massive corporate headquarters. It is just a regular office space where we handle the day-to-day operations of our network and services. It gets quite warm here in the summers, so we keep the fans going and just get on with things. The team is mostly local people who know the Chiplun area inside out. We spend a lot of time making sure the connections are working and helping out customers when they run into trouble. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit and tie. We are usually in more practical clothes because we might need to go out and check on equipment. We like being part of the community in Markandi. It is a place where people know each other, and we try to treat our customers like neighbors. We are not interested in using a lot of big words or making promises we cannot keep. We just want to provide a decent service to the people living here in Ratnagiri. It is hard work, but we find it rewarding to help our neighbors.
