Alert Computers

Alert Computers is tucked away in Flat No. 5 of the Mangalmurti Apartments over in Nagraj Colony. We’re located in the Vishrambag area of Sangli, which is a nice part of Maharashtra to be in. Working out of an apartment keeps things feeling very local and personal. It’s not a big corporate office with a receptionist; it’s just us. When you come by, you’re likely to see one of us elbow-deep in a computer tower or sorting through cables. We started this because we liked working with computers and realized people in Sangli needed a reliable place to go. We don't have a lot of rules about how we talk to customers. We just treat people like neighbors. If a computer is too old to fix, we’ll tell you that straight up instead of wasting your money. Our space is small, so we have to stay organized, but it still feels lived-in. We know most of the people around Nagraj Colony by now. Sometimes the neighbors drop by just to ask a quick question about their internet or a weird pop-up they saw. We don't mind helping out when we can. It’s part of being in a community like this. We’re just regular guys who happen to be very handy with technology. We do the work, we charge a fair price, and we hope the customer is happy enough to come back next time.
