Aditya Electronic Services

We are set up at Shop No. 4 on Road No. 5 in Tellapur. It’s a small shop, but it fits everything we need to work on electronics. There are usually a couple of half-taken-apart TVs or some circuit boards lying on the main workbench. We get a lot of dust in from the road because Tellapur is growing so fast and there is construction everywhere nearby. The light in the shop isn't the best, so we use these bright desk lamps to see the tiny parts we're soldering. Sometimes the floor gets covered in little bits of wire and solder beads that we have to sweep up at the end of the day. Aditya Electronic Services is mostly just us trying to keep up with the repairs. People bring in all sorts of stuff, from remote controls to bigger home appliances. It’s a bit disorganized, to be honest, with boxes stacked up in the corner and spare parts in old glass jars. We don't have a big waiting area, just a bench outside under the shade of the roof. The fans hum all day to keep the heat off the components. It’s the kind of work that takes patience and a steady hand. Most days we’re just leaning over the bench with our magnifying glasses. It’s quiet work until someone comes in to see if their stuff is fixed yet. We try to stay on top of it, but some days the pile just grows faster than we can work.
