Orange Beverages

Orange Beverages is situated way out in Bandamailaram village. If you look at the records, it’s Sy No 56 55, 54. It is a bit of a drive to get out here to Mulugu Mandal, but it’s quieter than the city. We have been bottling things here for a few seasons now. The air is a bit cleaner out this way, though the roads can be rough on the delivery vans. We have a routine that starts early before the sun gets too high. Workers come in from the nearby villages, some on bicycles. We have big tanks and a lot of pipes that need cleaning every single day. That is probably half the job, just keeping things washed down. We don't have a big sign out front, just the gate. Sometimes the cows from the neighboring field get close to the fence. It’s a different kind of life than working in a big office. We wear boots because the floor is always wet. If a machine breaks, we usually fix it ourselves with whatever we have in the toolbox. We make enough to keep everyone paid and the lights on. It’s a steady pace, nothing too crazy. We usually close up when the sun goes down because the road back to the main town isn't very well lit. It can be lonely out here at night, so we prefer to get home to our families.
