Sangamner is a nice place to live and work. We don't have any big corporate policies or a human resources department. It’s just a few of us working together every day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of life here. We have a simple kitchen where we make our own lunch and tea. We don't have any promotional flyers or big marketing plans. We just take on the work that comes our way and try to finish it on time. Being in a rural or semi-rural area like this means we have to be a bit more self-reliant, which we don't mind. We just wake up, walk to the office area of the house, and start our day.
