Our setup is in Gunjalwadi, which is a small place in the Sangamner area. You can find us at Nana Sakharam Gunjal’s place, right at S. No. 69/22. We aren’t a big, fancy company with glass walls. It’s just a group of us who know the local land and the people who work it. Mostly, we spend our time talking about the weather and how the crops are doing this season. It gets quite hot out here, so we usually start early. Astitva Agro is the name we put on the documents, but everyone around here just knows us as the folks who handle the farm supplies and the produce. Nana’s spot is the hub where people drop by to chat or get some help with their paperwork. We keep things very simple. There isn't a lot of complicated technology, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of tea. My cousin helps out with the ledgers, and we try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy when it’s harvest time. Sangamner is the closest big town, so we head there when we need things we can't get in the village. It’s a basic life, but it’s what we know. We don't have any big speeches. We just work with what we have and try to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. If the rain is good, everyone is happy. If not, we just figure it out together.
