Shivam Ventures

Shivam Ventures is located in Ward No.7 on Bargarh Road. We are right by the Sabji Mandi, which means our mornings are very loud and energetic. The vegetable sellers start their work long before we even open the doors, so the smell of fresh produce is always in the air. We are also near the High School, so during the day, we hear the bells ringing and the kids shouting during their breaks. It is a very active part of town. Our office is quite plain, just a few desks and some cupboards for our papers. We don't have any fancy carpet or bright decorations. The Bargarh Road traffic is constant, and sometimes it's hard for people to park their bikes near the entrance because of the market crowd. We spend our time managing the ventures and talking to people who come in from the surrounding areas. The floor is made of simple cement and the ceiling is high, which helps a bit with the heat. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work on the ledgers. It’s a honest place to work, and being in Ward No. 7 feels like being at the center of the local community. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a standard business life here.
