Our office for Ags Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is in Sakhi Para, within the New Colony area of Unit 5 in Sambalpur, Orissa. We’ve been here for a while, helping out with computer stuff and software for local businesses and people around town. Sambalpur is a growing place, but it still has that small-town feel where people stop to talk on the street. Our setup in New Colony is pretty basic. We have a row of desks, some old chairs, and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend our days fixing bugs, setting up systems, or explaining how a piece of software works to someone who isn't very tech-savvy. We don't use much corporate jargon here. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then try to find a way to fix it that doesn't cost too much. The power goes out sometimes, which is a bit of a headache for an IT company, but we just wait it out or use the backup generator. Most of our team lives nearby, so we often walk or take a scooter to work. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to make sure the tech works for the people here in Orissa. It’s steady work, and we like the community we have built around Sakhi Para over the years. We keep our doors open for anyone needing help.
