We spend a lot of time out in the block talking to others. Samastipur is a big place for farming and we are glad to be part of it. We don't have a corporate style. We wear simple clothes and talk in the local way. Life here follows the rhythm of the crops. Sometimes the harvest is great and sometimes it is a struggle. We just keep going. It’s a family-style business at its heart. We are just trying to bring a little bit of new tech to our old fields. It is a slow process but we are patient people.
