We have a bunch of computers set up and plenty of desk space for everyone. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. Most days, we’re just troubleshooting or working through different designs on our screens. Salem is a growing city, and being near Five Road keeps us right in the middle of it. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to eat lunch because the area is so crowded, but we manage. We’ve had this office for several years and it’s become like a second home. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between the team members throughout the day. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do.
