Gk Architects & Interior Designers

Our office is located in G K Towers on P P Road, specifically at number 299. It’s a well-known building in the area, which makes it easy to give directions to people. We work as Gk Architects & Interior Designers, and we’ve been at this for a good number of years. The office feels lived-in, with stacks of old projects in the cupboards and a lot of pens that have run out of ink sitting on the desks. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. Usually, you’ll find us in jeans, looking over a set of prints or arguing about the cost of materials. P P Road is always busy, so there’s a constant sound of traffic outside our windows, but we don’t mind it much. Our work is pretty straightforward. We take a look at a piece of land or an empty room and try to figure out the best way to use it. Sometimes that means spending hours drawing and redrawing lines until they look right. We also handle the interior side of things, which means we spend a lot of time in hardware shops or looking at fabric swatches. It’s a lot of coordination between the client, the workers on the site, and the suppliers. We just try to keep everything moving forward without too many delays. It’s a practical business, and we like the feeling of seeing something we designed actually getting built.
