Ohm Vinayaga Textiles

Ohm Vinayaga Textiles is tucked away at 8/6 on Sidda Vaiyapuri Mudali Street over in the Taramanalam Post area. If you walk down our street, you will see a lot of small businesses, but we are the ones with the big rolls of cloth stacked up near the entrance. It gets quite dusty in the shop because of all the fabric, but that is just part of the textile life. We spend our days measuring out material and keeping track of what is coming in and going out. It is a simple setup with a few old desks and some very sturdy shelves that have seen better days. The weather around here gets pretty hot in the summer months, so we keep the ceiling fans running at full speed all day long. My ledgers are always full of notes about different types of cotton and blends. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements because most people in the neighborhood already know where we are. If someone needs a specific kind of cloth, they usually just drop by and ask. Sometimes it takes us a little while to find exactly what they want in the back of the store, but we usually get there eventually. Working on Sidda Vaiyapuri Mudali Street has its ups and downs, but it is home for us. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the customers happy with what we find.
