Sri Annamalayar Cars & Real Estate

We run Sri Annamalayar Cars and Real Estate from our office at No 16/1 on the C D Yercaud Main Road. We are in the Peramanur area, specifically in Thiru Nagar, right opposite the Central Jail. It is an interesting location because the Yercaud road is always full of people heading up to the hills or coming back down. Our business is a bit of a mix since we handle both car rentals and real estate deals. Some days we are talking about vehicle maintenance and other days we are looking at property papers. The office is a basic setup with some chairs and a table where we can sit and talk with people. It is not a polished corporate environment, just a practical place to do business. We have been here for a while and the view of the jail across the road is a constant. We get a lot of different people coming in, some looking for a car for the weekend and others asking about land in Salem. We just try to manage both sides of the business as best as we can. It keeps us on our toes. The traffic on the Yercaud Main Road can be quite heavy, but it brings a lot of people past our door. We just stay busy with the daily tasks of checking cars and reviewing property listings.
