Shri Chamundi Properties

Shri Chamundi Properties is right on the Bangalore Main Road in Kurangusavadi. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic zooming past. We spend most of our mornings just watching the bikes and trucks go by while we wait for the first visitors. It's a handy spot for an office because everyone passes it at some point. We deal with lots of different properties around here. Sometimes it's a bit of land for a house, other times it’s someone looking for a shop to rent. I usually have a tea in the afternoon and look over the listings we’ve got written down. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything. Just us in this office trying to help people figure out where they want to live or work in Kurangusavadi. The dust from the main road can be a bit much in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. People stop by after work usually. We talk about the prices, which seem to go up every year, and show them what’s available on the map. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking to show different sites. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shortcuts and the backroads. It’s just how things are done here on the edge of the city. We keep the doors open and see who comes through.
