Our setup is over at 1/295, K A S Gardens in Narasodhipatti. Shrimangala Foods is basically where we turn raw ingredients into something you can actually eat. It’s a lot of manual work. We have people sorting things, cleaning, and getting stuff ready for the bags. It’s a very hands-on environment. The air usually smells like whatever we are processing that day. Sometimes it's spices, sometimes it's grains. It’s not a perfectly silent place; there’s always the sound of someone moving a pallet or a machine humming. We don't have a huge marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on what’s happening on the floor. I spend half my time checking the stock and the other half making sure the scales are working right. It gets tiring being on your feet all day, but that’s the nature of food work. We've had some long nights when a big order needs to go out by morning. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which makes our place seem even busier. We have a small group of workers who live nearby. It feels more like a small community than a corporation. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to put out good food products that people can use. That's really all there is to it.
