We have been around Railway Station Street in Ayothiapattanam for a bit now. It is a busy spot in Salem, especially with all the trains coming through at different hours. Shivashakthi Xylem Crop Science Private Limited is what we call ourselves on the official paperwork, but most folks around here just know where to find us near the tracks. Our office is at number 117/2. It is not a huge place, but it gets the job done for the crop science work we do daily. Usually, the mornings are the busiest times. Someone is always coming in or going out to check on something in the local area. Salem weather can be really tough on plants, so there is always a lot to talk about with the farmers who stop by. We handle a lot of different things related to crops. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we try to stay on top of it as best as we can. It is mostly just a small handful of us working here. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. If you are walking down Railway Station Street, you really cannot miss the building. It has that old-school feel to it. Anyway, that is pretty much us. We just keep things moving and try to help out where it makes sense. It is a quiet enough life in Ayothiapattanam, and we like it that way. No big fancy offices, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of talk about seeds and soil.
