S. A. Cell Care Computer Solution is located on Meyyanur Road in Salem. It is a place where we deal with a lot of phone and computer issues every single day. The traffic on Meyyanur Road is always moving and we are right in the middle of it. We have been working on mobiles and PC systems for quite some time now. Some people come in because their software is acting funny while others have dropped their phones on the pavement and broke the glass. We see a lot of cracked screens here. It's just a regular shop where we keep our tools and spare parts organized in little plastic drawers. Tamil Nadu gets hot so we see a lot of devices overheating too. We just take things one at a time and see what can be done to help. It is not a huge corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where real work gets done. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood and they know us by name. Sometimes we are waiting for parts to arrive from the city which can take a day or two. We try to be straightforward about what is actually wrong with a device. If a computer is too old to fix, we say so. It’s better to be honest about it. We spend our hours at the bench with screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. That is the life of our repair shop.
