Maharaja Appalam is situated at 194/175 B on Ammal Eari Main Road in the Dadagapatti area. Making appalams is a traditional business, and we’ve been doing it here for quite a while. The air around our place often smells of the flour and spices we use. It’s a very hands-on environment, not like some sterile office building. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website team. We just make the appalams, pack them up, and send them out to the shops. Sometimes we sit outside on a break and watch the traffic go by on the main road. It’s a simple life, focused on making a product that people enjoy with their meals. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to make sure every batch that leaves 194/175 B is as good as the one before it.
