S. V. S. Eximpark

If you ever find yourself on Market Street in Gugai, you’ll find us at number 113. S. V. S. Eximpark has been here for a bit. Being on a market street means it’s always loud and there are people everywhere. We like the energy of the area though. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. There is always someone coming in or out with something to move. We don’t have a fancy reception area with coffee or anything. It's just chairs, desks, and a lot of work. We try to stay on top of things, but with the market right outside, things can get a bit chaotic. That’s just life in Gugai. S. V. S. Eximpark is basically just a group of us trying to get things done correctly. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish. The building has some character, let’s put it that way. We’ve grown used to the quirks of 113 Market Street. It’s a practical place to work from. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the job. It’s a simple business run by regular people who know the neighborhood well. You might see us grabbing lunch at one of the stalls nearby. We’ve been part of this street for a long time and don’t plan on leaving soon. It’s just how we live and work in this part of town.
