We are located at 19/ A1 in the Sixer Complex, down on the ground floor. The building is right on Sarada College Road in the Hastampatti area. It is a convenient spot because it is easy for folks to just walk in without having to climb any stairs. The college is close by, so the road is always full of students and buses going past. Our little office has been here for a good amount of time now. We spend our days mostly handling paperwork and talking to people about local property stuff. It is a bit cramped inside when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. The desk is always covered in folders and there is a calendar on the wall that we forget to flip sometimes. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything, just us doing the work. People come in looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell something they own in the neighborhood. We just listen and see what we can do to help out. It is steady, honest work that keeps us connected to the people living around Hastampatti. By the time we close up in the evening, the street lights are usually already on and the traffic has slowed down just a little bit. There is always something to do tomorrow morning when we open up again.
