Solution Engineers

Solution Engineers is positioned right near the Toll Plaza in Dappar, which is in the Mohali district. This location is defined by the constant movement of the highway. Being so close to the toll means we see thousands of vehicles passing by every single day. The sound of trucks shifting gears and the beep of the toll tags is the background music of our workday. It’s a very practical spot for us because we are easy to reach for anyone traveling along that stretch of road. The building we are in is simple and sturdy. We don't have any flashy decorations or a fancy lobby for people to wait in. Usually, customers just pull up and come straight to the workshop area. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but we manage. Mohali is growing fast, and Dappar is seeing more activity than it used to. We’ve stayed in this spot because it makes sense for the logistics of our engineering work. There’s a dhaba a short walk away where we usually grab something to eat. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We are just a group of engineers working near the highway, taking on whatever jobs come through the door. The weather can be harsh, with the sun beating down on the tarmac, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks we have to finish by evening. Sometimes we stay late if the highway traffic is quiet enough.
