We’re Namami Gangey Hotel & Resorts LLP, and you can find us at 69, Mission Compound, Lane No. 1 in Saharanpur. It’s a pretty quiet area, which is nice for us. Our office is just a regular building where we handle all the planning and the paperwork for the business. To be honest, it’s not always exciting. We spend a lot of time just talking to vendors and making sure we have enough linens and soap. Most of us grew up around Saharanpur, so we know the area pretty well. We aren’t some big chain with offices in every city. We’re just here in Mission Compound trying to run a decent place. Sometimes the lane gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is. We don’t use any of that corporate talk you see on some websites. We just speak plain English and try to be helpful. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves or call someone we know from down the street. It’s a very local operation. We have a small staff and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or sweeping the front step. We just want to keep things running and make sure the business stays healthy. It’s practical, everyday work for us and we’re fine with that. We don't need much more than some good tea and a productive day.
