Our business, Mool Chand Jiwat Ram, is located inside Shri Ram Market. We are right in the middle of Dalsingh Nagar. The market is a very busy place, especially in the mornings. It’s full of noise, people haggling, and the smell of different goods. We have a shop that has been in the family for a long time. It’s not a modern store with air conditioning. It’s just a traditional market shop with wooden counters and shelves piled high. We deal with all sorts of people who come into Dalsingh Nagar to do their shopping. Shri Ram Market is the heart of the area. We don’t really use any modern marketing tricks. Our reputation is just based on being here for so many years. Most people know us by name. It gets very hot in the summer, and the shop can feel a bit small when there are more than three people inside. We just do things the old-fashioned way. We keep our accounts in big books and talk to every customer who comes in. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We don't have any grand plans to expand or change.
