We are Itj Retils Pvt Ltd, and our office is located at 77 A Saket Colony in Saharanpur. We are based in the Hakikat Nagar area, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Saharanpur is a busy place, but Saket Colony is a bit more settled. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our records and handle the day-to-day business. It’s a family-style environment here, nothing like those big offices you see in the movies. We started this in UP because it's home and we wanted to build something in our own town. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we check our registers. We handle retail things, mostly focusing on getting products moved and keeping our customers happy without any fuss. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering phones and checking orders. Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe a typo here or there like in our name registration, but we just keep moving forward. It’s a quiet life in Saket Colony, and we like it that way. We don't have any fancy mission statements to show off. We just wake up, come to the office, and do what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to live and work. We’ve been at this address for a good while now.
