Fanta Spices & Dehydration Private

Our place, Fanta Spices & Dehydration Private, sits right opposite the J N K Bank in Parshvnath Plaza. Being on Court Road in Saharanpur means there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people heading to the bank. We have been working out of this spot for a bit, dealing with all kinds of spices and the drying process. The plaza is usually crowded, so finding a parking spot near our unit is a bit of a gamble most mornings. Inside, we have our equipment set up for dehydrating different items. It gets quite warm when the machines are running, but that is just part of the job. We spend a lot of time looking at drying racks and checking moisture levels. Saharanpur can be a dusty city, so we are always cleaning the floors and the counters to keep things tidy. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, moving crates and talking to the vendors who drop off fresh produce. Sometimes the power goes out on Court Road and we have to wait for the generator to kick in so we do not lose a batch. It is a simple setup, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most people find us just by looking for the bank and then crossing the street to the plaza. (239 words)
