Down here in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, we run things under the name Essar. It’s a pretty traditional place to work, and we’ve been part of the local landscape for years. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy spot where we can get our work done without being disturbed too much. It’s the usual mix for a business like ours. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing fancy speeches. We just tell people who we are and what we do. The weather gets pretty hot here in the summer, so we have the fans going full blast most of the time. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours, and we take pride in just showing up and doing the work. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the business alive and well in the district.
