Prem Enterprises

You can find Prem Enterprises at Plot No. 2 in the Manoharpur Industrial Estate. We are right near the Sea Sons Banquet Hall on the ITI Delhi Road. It’s a busy area, especially when there’s a wedding or an event at the hall. We have to deal with the traffic on Delhi Road every day. Sometimes the banquet hall guests park in front of our gate and we have to ask them to move so the trucks can get in. Our workshop is fairly basic. We handle general supply and some small-scale assembly here. It’s a good location because the trucks can find us easily coming off the main road. The building is a two-story structure, but we mostly use the ground floor for the heavy stuff. We have a small office upstairs where we keep the invoices and the computer. It’s usually pretty quiet up there compared to the shop floor. We’ve got a few racks for inventory and a large table for sorting. It’s nothing special, just a place to work. We’ve been at Manoharpur for quite some time now. The guys who work here usually have a lunch box they bring from home, and we eat in the small courtyard at the back. We don't have a receptionist; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep the place running smoothly.
