Casters & Foundrs

Our foundry is located at Kg-2 in Talagarh. It’s out in the Saharanpyr district, which is a place with a lot of history in making things. The work here is hot and heavy. We deal with metal casting, so the furnaces are usually going and the air is thick with the smell of heat and sand. We spend our days on the floor, working with molds and pouring metal. It’s a gritty environment, and the walls of our building show the years of soot and work. Talagarh is a quiet enough area until you get inside the gates here. We don’t have any polished showrooms or fancy receptionists. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in dust or grease. We’ve been in this part of Saharanpyr for quite some time, and the machines we use are old but they still get the job done. Sometimes a casting doesn't come out right, and we just melt it down and start over. It’s a process of trial and error some days. We keep our records in a small room off to the side where it’s a little cooler. Mostly, it’s just about the daily grind of making parts and getting them ready to ship out. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. Just people and metal in a hot shop. The Saharanpyr heat is no joke, especially when you are standing next to a furnace all day long.
