Activent Engineering

Activent Engineering is situated in the P.O.Punwarka area of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. It’s a place where things are a bit slower than the big metros, and we prefer it that way. We are focused on engineering work, so our space is filled with drawings, tools, and a lot of metal bits and pieces. It’s not the cleanest office because engineering can be a messy business, but we know where everything is. The building itself is older, but it’s solid and does the job for us. We spend a lot of time discussing technical details and trying to figure out how to make things work better. There isn’t any marketing jargon used here; we just talk about what’s in front of us. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we have a real connection to the Saharanpur area. In the winters, it gets quite cold, so we bundle up and keep working with plenty of hot tea. In the summers, it’s the opposite, but we’re used to the weather in UP by now. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the day. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We appreciate the honest work and the people we do it with. Being in Punwarka gives us the space we need to really focus on the engineering side of things without too many distractions. It is just a plain, hardworking group here.
