Raj Bricks Co.

Our place, Raj Bricks Co., sits right in Bardha Village. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the cable factory over in the Khurai area. The business is pretty straightforward. We make bricks. The yard is usually full of stacks waiting for the tractors or trucks to come pick them up. It can get a bit chaotic when three or four orders come in at the same time, but we manage to get through it. The workers here have been with us for years and they know the routine of the Khurai Tehsil soil. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or complicated. We just wake up, check the kilns, and make sure the deliveries are moving out toward the post office and beyond. Sometimes the dust from the factory nearby blows over, and the roads get a bit rough after a heavy rain, but that's just part of living and working in Bardha. People from the nearby villages often drop by for a few loads for their own houses. We talk about the weather and the local news while the loading happens. There's no big marketing team here, just us managing the piles. We keep the gates open early so the morning shift can get a head start before the heat becomes too much to handle. It's a loud, messy environment, but it's what we do every day and it keeps us moving along well enough.
