Our office is up on the second floor of Sun Complex-2 in Motipur. If you’re familiar with Himatnagar, you’ve probably passed this building a dozen times near the Sabarkantha area. SAMKIT INFRACON LLP isn't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller crew and we like it that way because it means we actually know what’s happening on every job. We spend a lot of time in room 205 looking over drawings and talking to contractors. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is trying to talk over the sound of the traffic outside. Gujarat is growing fast and Himatnagar is part of that, so there is always something to do. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table with some chai, trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a project. There are days when things go wrong—a delivery is late or the weather turns—and we just have to deal with it. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighbors in the complex know us, and we know them. It feels like a community. We focus on the practical side of infra work. No fluff, just the regular grind of making sure the foundations are right and the walls go up straight. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time, making sure we don't overcomplicate the simple things.
