Ashapura Developers is tucked away in Ganthiol, which is a small place in the Idar area of Sabarkantha district. It’s a bit far out if you are used to the big cities like Ahmedabad, but we like it here. Being in a place like Ganthiol means things move a little slower, which isn't a bad thing at all. Our office is simple because we spend a lot of our time out on sites or talking to people around the village. We handle a lot of different things related to building and land here in the 383410 zip code area. Most of the people we work with are folks from around here that we have known for years. It’s not like those big companies where you never meet the boss. Here, everyone knows who we are. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy website. Usually, someone just comes by the office or catches us at the tea stall if they need something. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of Gujarat, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. It’s a quiet life for the most part, but there is always a new project starting somewhere in the district. We just try to be honest about what we can do and getting it finished. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the community here.
