Avadh Gruh Udhyog

At Plot No. 70, you’ll find us working away at Avadh Gruh Udhyog. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a small-scale setup where we handle everything ourselves. Most of the work is done by hand because that’s just how we started and we haven't seen a reason to change it much. The space is a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of raw materials coming in at once. We have to move things around just to find a place to sit for a break. It gets a bit chaotic during the busy season when everyone wants their orders at the same time. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers get lost or a bag of supplies ends up in the wrong corner. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy and focused on the work. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and our name. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for years. The neighbors at the other plots are friendly enough, and we often help each other out if someone needs a tool or a bit of extra help moving something heavy. It's a quiet life mostly, just repetitive tasks and making sure the quality is okay before anything leaves the door. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just honest work.
