Exhibit Agrotech Private Limited is located out at 17 Bhumi Real Estate, which is in the Kanknol village area. This is part of Himatnagar in the Sabarkantha district. It is a bit of a drive out here, but it puts us right where the farming actually happens. We are not in a tall building; we are more of a ground-level operation. We deal with agrotech, trying to bring some newer ways of doing things to the local farms. It is not always easy because people in Sabarkantha have their own ways of doing things that go back generations. We spend a lot of time out at the post in Kanknol talking to people and seeing what is actually happening in the fields. Our office is pretty basic, just the essentials like desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too dusty to keep the windows open, but that is just life in a village taluka. We are not here to give fancy presentations or use corporate jargon. We just want to provide the tech and tools that actually work for someone who has ten acres and a lot of heat to deal with. Being a private limited company sounds formal on paper, but we are just regular people who know a bit about technology and a lot about farming. We have been at this address for some time now and most of the locals know where to find us if they need something. We just keep working on the next project.
