We operate out of Cabin No 7 in Phase-5 of Sas Nagar. Being right near the BSNL exchange makes it easy for people to find us. We cover Mohali and also the Chandigarh area. Teaching people how to drive is mostly about being patient. You see people who are very scared of the traffic, and you just have to talk them through it. Our car has seen a lot of miles. The upholstery is a bit worn out and the gear stick is smooth from so much use. We keep the cabin simple with just a desk, two chairs, and a bunch of files. We have to keep track of everyone's timings so we don't double-book the car. The roads around here can get very crowded in the evenings, so we try to take the new learners to the quieter lanes first. We explain how the engine works and why you shouldn't ride the clutch. Some people get it quickly, while others need twenty lessons. We don't mind either way. We also help with the paperwork for the license, which can be a real headache for some. It is a local business and we know the traffic police and the other instructors around here. It is not a glamorous job, but it is useful for the people living in Phase-5 and the surrounding sectors. We just stay busy and keep the car moving. The clock on the dashboard is wrong.
