You can find us at House Number 81 in Block A of Wave Estate, over in Sector 85, Mohali. It is a bit different because we are based in a residential area, which makes the work environment feel a lot more personal and less like a cold office building. RADIANT STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is really just a group of us working out of this space. We like the quiet of Wave Estate compared to the noisy industrial sectors. It helps us stay focused on the work we need to finish. There are no big signs or flashing lights outside. We just have our setup inside and we get on with it every day. Most of us have been around Mohali for years, so we know the 140308 area quite well. We don't go for the corporate talk or try to sound like a multinational firm. We’re just local people doing our bit. Sometimes we sit out for a minute when the weather is nice, but mostly we are just at our desks. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby; if you come by, you’re likely to just meet one of us directly. We value being practical and not wasting time on things that don't matter. It’s a good, steady place to be and we plan to stay here for a while.
