Chequers Consultancy Services is run right out of House No 4748 in Mohali, Punjab. We chose to keep things simple by working from a house rather than a big expensive office block. It makes the whole vibe a lot more personal. When you come by, it feels like you’re just visiting a neighbor. We handle a variety of consultancy tasks, which involves a lot of reading through documents and giving advice based on what we’ve learned over the years. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, drinking tea, and working through the day’s files. Mohali is a great place to be, and the 160071 area is pretty familiar to us. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just help people with their paperwork and business problems because we’re good at it. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are deadlines looming, but we try not to let it get too stressful. We like the independence of running things our own way. You won’t find any polished sales pitches here. We just tell it like it is and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s just a small Punjab-based business doing its thing one day at a time. We enjoy the local food and the people we meet. It’s a good way to earn a living without all the corporate stress.
